3 Personal Data We Collect

ase58 collects the following categories of personal data from players and users of the Platform:

Identity & Contact Data:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID
• Date of birth (used to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Gender
• Nationality and country of residence
• Residential address (including barangay, city/municipality, province)

• Philippine mobile number

Identity Verification (KYC) Data:

• Copies of government-issued Philippine identification documents (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID)

• Selfie or liveness check images where required for verification

• GCash account number or registered mobile number
• PayMaya account details
• BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account details (account name and number only)

6 Legal Basis for Processing

7 Sharing Your Personal Data

8 Data Retention

ase58 retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

In general, ase58 retains player account data and transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years following the closure of your account, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations and PAGCOR requirements. KYC documents are retained for the same minimum period.

Where personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, ase58 will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data retention and disposal procedures.

9 Security Measures

ase58 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the ase58 Platform.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial information and KYC documents.
• Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to authorised ase58 personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

You are responsible for keeping your ase58 account credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The ase58 Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. ase58 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If ase58 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data, and return any deposited funds at our sole discretion. If you believe that a minor has provided personal data to ase58, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

13 Changes to This Policy

ase58 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, ase58 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
